Two competitive
prizes of $300 each will awarded for open presentations at each biannual
ISACP Congress. The J. Jerry Kaneko Prize will be presented for the
best oral presentation by a young investigator. The Eitan Bogin Prize will be given for the best poster presentation by a young investigator.
Selections will be made by a committee of three ISACP members (appointed
by the board) after hearing all qualified lectures and reviewing all
qualified posters. To qualify for the competition, the investigator
must be in training (graduate or residency) in clinical pathology or
must be within 5 years of completion of training. The investigator must
be the first author and presenter of the poster or talk at the Congress.
At the time of submission of the abstract, the first author should indicate
if they qualify for a young investigator prize and, if so, whether they are willing
to be considered for a prize if a poster or platform presentation is
selected.
